Intake forms, submission forms, consent for anaesthesia, biopsy and necropsy, referral letters, vaccination and microchip records, export and health certificates, and insurance paperwork are validated for completeness and consistency before they hold up a case.

Consultations, procedures, medications, panels and pathology cases are tracked from estimate to invoice, with insurance claims prepared from the clinical record and no manual reconciliation at the end of the month.
